Product Styles

Regular Slotted Carton ("RSC")

The RSC is the most standard type of carton. When erected, the carton has top and bottom flaps that meet in the centre. It is able to be manufactured both time and cost effectively. The RSC is available in either plain or with your required print design.

Full Flap Slotted Carton ("FFSC")

The FFSC has top and bottom flaps that fully overlap, providing extra strength and support. The FFSC is available in either plain or with your required print design.

Half Slotted Carton ("HSC")

The HSC is similar to the RSC, however it does not have top flaps, leaving it open. The bottom flaps meet in the centre of the carton when folded. The HSC is available in either plain or with your required print design.

Five Panel Folder ("5PF")

The 5PF is typically suited to long narrow items. The 5PF is delivered flat and wraps around your product. The ends are then folded and taped. The 5PF is available in either plain or with your required print design.

Corner Cut Folder ("CCF")

The CCF is generally suited for shipping flat items. The CCF is delivered flat and the product is placed in the centre. The flaps are then folded around the product and taped. The CCF is well suited for shipping books, picture frames, and point of sale material. The CCF is available in either plain or with your required print design.

Die Cut

Die Cuts are able to be designed to meet any product requirements. Using cutting plates (Formes) the cardboard is scored and cut to create the product. Some typical die cuts are display boxes and self locking cartons. Die cuts are available in either plain or with your required print design.
